Hi, nice to meet you :)
I’m Etornam, a Food Systems Research Engineer with a generous passion for healthy food. I’m also a Doctoral Researcher at SASEL Lab, McGill University.
I’ve been on the path of food for a decade now and counting, having worked in food entrepreneurship, food product development and food research. I spent part of the decade with rural farmers, in consumers’ home kitchens and educating consumers on navigating our modern food environment.
My work has helped many consumers gain meaningful insights into their food choices, improve their food habits and navigate their food environments with improved confidence.
I love teaching, gardening and coming up with new recipes. There are lots of resources in this space to help you achieve better health and balance through your food choices. I hope you can find what you need.
